Colorado Springs First Wedding!

I had the pleasure of kicking off my first wedding of the year in Colorado Springs with the amazing Raven and Kamari! It was such an honor to be part of their special day, capturing every joyful moment. Their wedding was filled with love, laughter, and so much fun. What a wonderful way to start the year!

Vail, Colorado

Embarking on my first trip to Vail, Colorado, was a dream come true. As a photographer and videographer, capturing the breathtaking scenery and conducting a mini engagement shoot was truly fulfilling. Reflecting on my time in the South, I often imagined what it would be like to be in such a picturesque setting, and now, I’ve made it happen. Turning dreams into reality and using my passion to guide me has been an incredible journey. I love what I do and am eager to share my skills and talents throughout Colorado.

Muslim Photographer (Cultural )

On December 27, I had the opportunity to shoot my first Muslim wedding in Denver, Colorado! One great thing about living in Colorado is that couples often get married during the week. I felt confident capturing this wedding, partly because I grew up around the Muslim community—my best friend and next-door neighbor taught me so much about their culture. That experience definitely proved valuable!

As we approach the close of 2024, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to every client and individual who entrusted me to be part of their special moments and projects. This year has been nothing short of incredible, with opportunities to work in Georgia, Alabama, Virginia, and my new home, Colorado.

First Family Session in the Snow!

I had the pleasure of working with the Williams family this past week for my first large family session! They traveled from Georgia to spend time together in a cozy cabin, and we shared lots of laughter throughout the session. As a sweet gesture, they also gifted me a delicious sweet potato pie for Thanksgiving!

I even had the opportunity to do a shoot with a model against this snowy backdrop, and the results were amazing! There’s something special about capturing the beauty of this season and the way it brings a unique, quiet energy to the mountains.”

Leaving Home, For a Home

I spent most of my childhood in Manassas Park, Virginia. Then, in 2013, I made the choice to return to my birthplace, Montgomery, Alabama, where I spent the next ten years pursuing photography and videography. This time allowed me to refine my craft and grow into the person God intended me to be.

In July 2022, I took my first personal trip with my wife to Denver, Colorado—a place I had always wanted to visit. The trip was unforgettable, and it felt like more than just a vacation; I had this undeniable feeling that I belonged there.

Now, two years later, I’ve made the decision to leave my home and start a new chapter in Colorado. This journey is not mine alone but is part of God’s purpose for me. I’m thrilled to be a Colorado resident and look forward to elevating myself in every way possible.

This was a big milestone for me—visiting one of the mountain towns I’ve dreamed of, Aspen, Colorado. The drive from Denver to Aspen was filled with breathtaking mountain views, but there was one thing I didn’t expect: having to drive up the mountain to reach my destination! Let’s just say my legs were shaking 😅
